WHAT IS the MLI: NExt gen?
MLI: Next Gen is an intense leadership training program which immerses its participants into the public power arena. Each cohort is prepared and challenged to seize upon public leadership roles in the civic, corporate, and political fields to offer pragmatic and impactful solutions to the challenges facing our communities.

A 10-month fellowship designed to familiarize participants with key leadership concepts of the power arena and develop a common language for civic action.
The MLI: NEXT GEN LEADERSHIP ACADEMY IS NOT ABOUT “HOW TO BE A LEADER.”
IT IS A PRIMER FOR PARTICIPANTS TO REFLECT AND TAKE AN INTROSPECTIVE LOOK AT ONE’S INSTINCTS IN THE PUBLIC POWER ARENA AND a CHALLENGE TO TAKE ACTION.
